SAMRIDHI (ISSN XXX-XXX) is the Xavier Academic Review journal of St. Xavier’s College, Simdega. The journal covers the branches of Social Science, Economics, Business and Management, is brought out through its Research Cell.

SAMRIDHI is a double-blind peer-reviewed and multidisciplinary journal for bringing original, Quality; and contemporary research findings in the field of business, Humanities and social sciences. The continuous article publishing (CAP) model is followed for its publication where all the accepted articles are published immediately. The Journal launched its first publication in January 2026.

It accepts original research articles, case studies, Book reviews, and short comments on diverse issues, and solution-oriented findings in studies of Business and social sciences. A unique feature of this journal is we also accept manuscripts communicating to a broader audience with regard to research projects financed with national and international funding agencies.

The Journal is a continuous, peer-reviewed, open-access published by the St. Xavier’s College, Simdega (SXCS) since January 2026. SAMRIDHI strives to come with a premier multidisciplinary journal, communicates developments in the field of business, management, economics, politic, history, geography, literature to academia and practitioners. SAMRIDHI focuses on academic research across key multidisciplinary disciplines. It features articles in different formats that include empirical research, management cases, colloquium, perspectives and book reviews.
