1. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2. Completely re-written conference papers may be submitted, provided written permission is obtained from the copyright holders of the original paper or the conference organizers.
3. All correspondence will be addressed to the first author of the article.
4. Manuscripts containing information not available in the public domain, or with rights reserved by a professional body, must be accompanied by written permission from the concerned organization.
5. Upon acceptance for publication, authors are required to transfer copyright to SXCS. The copyright transfer form will be provided after the article is accepted for publication.

Submission Check-List:

1. Ensure your manuscript is formatted according to the journal’s guidelines.
2. Make sure that authors' names are not included in the document or file properties, as the manuscript must be anonymized for blind review.
3. A separate page containing the title of the paper, author(s)' names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email address for correspondence must be attached with each manuscript.
4. Avoid including acknowledgements.
5. Perform a thorough language and spell check on the manuscript.
6. The article must be written in English.
7. As the journal follows a blind peer-review process, the review and publication process may take 2 to 3 months.
